Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following reliefs: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction writ in the nature of Certiorari to quash impugned First Information Report dated 23.06.2025 lodged against above noted petitioner in Case Crime No. 0364 of 2025 dated 23.06.2025 Under sections 87 of B.N.S. Act, 2023 at Police Station Maurawan, District - Unnao, contained as annexure no.1 to this writ petition, in the interest of justice. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties not to arrest the petitioner in First Information Report No. 0364 of 2025 dated 23.06.2025 lodged against above noted petitioner under sections 87 of B.N.S. Act, 2023 at Police Station Maurawan, District Unnao, in the interest of justice." 3. The learned A.G.A. has produced before this court the instructions sent by Sub Inspector, Police Station Maurawan, District Unnao, which are kept on record. From a perusal of instructions, it appears that certain Sections have been added during the course of the investigation. 4.
