Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority to consider petitioner's grievance for transfer in terms of paragraph no. 5 (v) of the Government Order dated 6.5.2025 in view of the fact that petitioner has less than two years to superannuate. In this regard petitioner has submitted an online application dated 19.5.2025. 3. At present, learned counsel for petitioner restricts his prayer for final decision with regard to same. 4. Considering innocuous prayer being made by learned counsel for petitioner and without entering into merits of the case, opposite party no. 3. i.e., Director (Administration), Medical & Health Services, U.P. Swasthya Bhawan, Lucknow is directed to consider and decide the application dated 19.5.2025 of petitioner within two weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him in light of Government Order dated 06.05.2025. 5. The petitioner shall also annex hard copy application dated 19.5.2025 along with certified copy of this order. 6. With the aforesaid observations/directions, petition stands disposed of.
