Petitioner alleges that opposite party no.2 though initially appointed as a panel lawyer for Gaon Sabha vide order dated 13.03.2018, his engagement/ appointment has not been renewed after expiry of three years mentioned therein yet he is misusing his erstwhile position as a panel lawyer for Gaon Sabha and is submitting applications on behalf of the Gaon Sabha. 4. Petitioner may move an application before the Collector, Lucknow who can get the matter verified from the records and take such decision as he deems fit and proper in the facts of the case.
