The petitioners contention is that they have been working since last almost ten years in the Food Corporation of India and have thus prayed for their regularization. On the other hand, Sri Anand, Advocate states that there is no evidence of the petitioners having ever worked in the Food Corporation of India and consequently, the writ petition is itself not maintainable. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioners to raise their grievance before the appropriate forum.
