Present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed seeking direction to authority concerned in respect of transfer of petitioner to District Etawah from District Unnao in view of couple postings as well as disability of dependent of more than forty percent in terms of paragraph-5 of Government Order dated 06.05.2025 . 3. For redressal of grievance, petitioner is said to have submitted a representation but seeks liberty to file a fresh representation before authority concerned. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner restricts prayer for decision on representation of petitioner. 5. Considering the innocuous prayer, without adverting to merits of the case, liberty is granted to petitioner to file fresh representation before opposite party no.2 i.e. Director (Administration), Medical & Health Services U.P. In case such a representation is filed within three days from today, the same is required to be considered and decided by authority concerned expeditiously by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of two weeks from receipt of representation of petitioner along with a certified copy of this order. 6. With aforesaid direction, the petition stands finally disposed of.
