The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court may graciously be pleased to direct the Civil Judge (J.D.) Kadipur, District Sultanpur to decide the Regular suit No.714/2022 (Pushpa and others versus Harishankar) which is pending since 2022 as expeditious as possible or within a period as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the submissions made by the Counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal of the suit. In case, such an application is moved within two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law as well as the administrative guidelines/ circular of this Court.
