order dated
26.06.2023. Challenging her transfer, petitioner filed this writ petition in 2023. No interim
order was passed in her favour.
4. Learned State Counsel is right in submitting that in the absence of any interim
order, petitioner must have joined duties at the transferred place.
5. After unconditional joining at the transferred place, the relief as claimed by the petitioner do not survive.
6. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
