3. Present applicants
“Vikas alias Vicky”, and “Soni”, wife of Vikas alias Vicky are seeking regular bail in relation to First Information Report dated 23.08.2025 bearing FIR. No. 0068 of 2025, P.S. Rani Pokhri, District Dehradun wherein both the applicants along with the others namely Tara Devi, Kamal Swaroop, Ajay and Sarmita have been implicated for the offences punishable under Section 111 (2) (B), 191 (2), 329(3), 351(2) of BNS 2023.

Learned counsel for the applicants argued that both the applicants are innocent and have been falsely implicated and the allegation appears to be civil in nature and are languishing in jail since
24.08.2025. He also argued that the other co-accused namely Kamal Swaroop and Tara Devi have been already enlarged on bail by this Court on 21.11.2025. He further submits that the role as assigned to the present applicants are identical to the other co-accused who have been already granted bail and claims parity.
5. On the other side, Mr. G.S. Sandhu, learned Addl. Advocate General for the State have not disputed this fact that the two co-accused named above have already been enlarged on bail and fairly submits that the applicants deserves for parity.
6. After hearing the arguments of the

learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration that the co-accused have already been enlarged on bail, this Court is of the view that both the present applicants deserve for bail.
7. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, both the bail applications are allowed.
8. Let the applicants “Vikas alias Vicky and Soni”, wife of Vikas alias Vicky, be released on bail on furnishing their personal bond and two sureties, by each of them, each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
