Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report Lodged by opposite party No- 5 on 05/07/2025 registered as Case Crime No 225/2025 U/s 324(2)/329(3)/326(e) BNS-2023 Police Station-Gauriganj District-Amethi as contained in Annexure No. 1 to the writ petition." 3. Learned AGA has produced copy of instructions dated 17.07.2025 sent by Sub-Inspector, Police Station Gauriganj, District Amethi wherein it has been stated that a notice has been issued to the petitioners under Section 35(3) of BNSS and after evidence has been collected charge sheet has been prepared and submitted to the Circle Officer, Gauriganj, District Amethi for onward submission to the Court. Instructions are kept on record. 4. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the appropriate forum, in case they are aggrieved.
