The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are troubled by the 4th respondent interfering with the personal liberty, repeatedly calling them to the police station and harassing them.
2. The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that the 4th respondent received a complaint from the 5th respondent and, for the purpose of enquiry, the petitioners were called to the police station. The police thereafter found that the disputes are civil in nature and are

required to be adjudicated before the appropriate authority. Accordingly, the 5th respondent was counseled to that effect.
3. Be that as it may, there shall be a direction to the 4th respondent not to disturb the peace of the petitioners without following the due process of law.
4. With these observations, this Writ Petition is disposed off. No costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
