The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are arraigned as accused in C.C.No.3356 of 2024 for the alleged offences under Sections 448, 323 and 506 read with Section 34 of the IPC, on the file of the IV Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Court at Vijayawada. 2. It is submitted that the sister of Accused No.1 filed a case under Section 498-A against the 2nd respondent, and bearing a grudge against the petitioners and Accused No.1, a false complaint has been alleging that the petitioners have committed offences under Sections 448, 323 and 506 of the IPC. 3. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the police have completed the investigation and, in the course of the investigation, have recorded the statements of independent witnesses who speak about the presence of the petitioners at the house of the 2nd respondent. As such, he submits that these mattes may have to be dealt with by the trial Court in the course of the trial. 4. Considering the submissions, there shall be a stay of appearance for the petitioners, except on the dates on which they are required for the purpose of the trial. It is left open for the petitioners to raise all these grounds, as raised in the quash petition, before the trial Court. 5.
