During its pendency, the said property as alleged was sold off and the purchaser has not only got his name mutated but also started construction on it as stated by the petitioner's counsel. However, on being asked to demonstrate the same from the pleadings, he was unable to do so. A counsel should not argue something which has not been pleaded. 3.
