The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties No.1 to 3 to ensure the removal of illegal encroachment from public utility land relating to Gata No.118/0.3420 hectare relating of Khata No.00178 recorded as Rasta- under category of Shreni 6- 1/Non-agricultural land/water logging land in the revenue records situate in the Village Bayalmau, Tehsil Ram Nagar, District Barabanki." 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon instructions, states that an order under section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code has already been passed. 4. For compliance of the said order, the prescription is contained under Para 460 of the U.P. Revenue Court Mannual, which shall be executed in accordance with law. The petitioner may avail the appropriate remedy by invoking the said provision, if so advised. 5. The writ petition stands disposed off.
