The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayer :- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party nos.2 and 3 to ensure the removal of illegal encroachment made by the opposite party no.6 upon Gata No.829/0.028 hectare and Gata No.819/0.0060 hectare situated at Village Belgara, Pargana Pashchimrath, Tehsil Bikapur, District Ayodhya which is recorded as Chakmarg in revenue records which belong to Gaon Sabha land, in the light of judgment and order reported in (2001) 6 SCC 496 "Hinchal Lal Tiwari Versus Kamla Devi and others" The present petition has been filed by the petitioners alleging encroachment on a Chakmarg. Learned Standing Counsel has placed an instruction, which is taken on record, and states that the offending encroachment has already been revoked. In view thereof, no further directions are required.
