Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the opposite party no.3 to re-investigate the matter in respect of FIR/Case Crime No.0360 of 2024, under Section 3(5), 115(2), 351(3), 64, 110 of BNS, 2023, Police Station Masauli, District Barabnki against the opposite party no. 4 and 5 and submit the report accordingly in the interest of justice." 3. Learned AGA has produced a copy of written instructions dated 16.07.2025 sent by Sub-Inspector, Police Station Masauli, District Barabanki, wherein it has been stated that evidence has been collected and charge sheet dated 19.11.2024 has been prepared and submitted to the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court no.38, Barabanki on 07.12.2024. Instructions are kept on record. 4. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum, in case he is aggrieved.
