By filing this application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023, the petitioner has prayed for pre-arrest bail in connection with PRC Case No. Page No.# 2/2 617/2024, under section 376 IPC, corresponding to Nagaon P.S. Case No. 105/2019, under section 376/313 IPC. 3. The learned APP has pointed out that the petitioner has already been granted pre-arrest bail vide order dated 05.10.2020, passed in AB 2117/2020. 4. Having seen the contents of the said order dated 05.10.2020, the Court is of the considered opinion that the present pre-arrest bail application is unnecessary. 5.
