Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:41582-DB Court No. - 2 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 6777 of 2025 Petitioner :- Ravi Kumar Respondent :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Deptt. Of Revenue Lko. And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Ashish Kumar Singh,Dileep Singh Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Rajan Roy,J. Hon'ble Manish Kumar,J. Heard Shri Ashish Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State. Admittedly, the petitioner did not deposit the amount due under the auction by which the pond was settled in his favour. Moreover, the impugned notice refers to various notices issued to the petitioner earlier for depositing the due amount which was not adhered, although, the learned counsel for the petitioner disputes the said assertion. We can not go into such facts arising out of lease, especially, when the petitioner admits that he has not deposited the entire amount which was required to be deposited. He may avail other remedies prescribed in law. We see no reason to exercise our extraordinary jurisdiction in such a matter. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of. .
