Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State. 2. This writ petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- "(i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS directing the respondent no.2/Superintendent of Police, Barabanki to transfer the investigation of FIR No.0567 of 2025, under Sections 3(5), 69, 333, 352, 351 (3) of BNS lodged at Police Station Kotwali, District Barabanki lodged on 06.06.2025 (Annexure no.1) to any other investigation officer or any other independent agency.." 3. Learned AGA on the basis of instructions dated 15.07.2025 sent by Sub-Inspector/I.O., Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Barabanki wherein it has been stated that after investigation was carried out, no credible evidence could be found and final report No.188 of 2025 dated 23.06.2025 have been submitted to the court concerned. Instructions are kept on record. 4. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Magistrate concerned, in case he is aggrieved.
