The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) Direct the Opposite Party No.1 to decide the proceeding of Regular Suit No. 229/2018, 'Anwar Vakar Alwii Vs Chairman Upper India Couper Paper Mills Pvt. Ltd. & others', pending before the Opposite Party No.1, since 2018 expeditiously within stipulated time as prescribed by this Hon'ble High Court." 3. Considering the reliefs as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.4- Nazool Officer/ Additional Collector (Land Acquisition), Room No.28, Collectorate, Lucknow to endeavour to decide the aforesaid suit, expeditiously, in accordance with law, without giving unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
