Petitioner in both the writ petitions is one and same person who has raised a grievance for not awarding bonus marks on the basis of his experience certificate, for considering his candidature for the post of Panchayat Sahayak. 2. S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.3329/2018 was filed way back on 05.02.2018 and S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.9626/2017 was filed way back on 12.06.2017. 3. Perusal of the previous order sheets goes to show that initially the writ petitions were in defect and thereafter whenever listed, counsel for petitioner either did remain absent or did not argue the matter. 4. Counsel for petitioner, is fair enough to admit that petitioner has not turned up in her office to pursue the matter. 5.
