Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. This habeas corpus petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following main relief(s):- "1. ISSUE, a writ order or direction in the nature of habeas corpus commanding the opposite party No.4 and 5 to produce the corpus/Maha Khan of the petitioner in person before the Hon'ble court within the time to be fixed by the Hon'ble court and after recording her free statement she may be released from the illegal custody of the opposite party no.4 and 5 and allow her to accompanying with her husband to enjoy the marital life. 2. That in case the opposite party no.4 failing to insure the production of the corpus of the petitioner before the Hon'ble court, the opposite no.4 and 5 may be directed to trace out the where about of the petitioner and insure the production of the corpus of the petitioner before this Hon'ble court." Shri Dinesh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner at the bar has stated that this petition has been rendered infructuous as the detenue has been released and the same may be dismissed as infructuous.
