To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to provide certain information to the petitioner under Right to Information Act, 2005 which has been sought by the petitioner by means of several applications with respect to Gram Panchayat-Thadwariya, Block- Pandari Kripal, District- Gonda." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that against an application filed for seeking information and being aggrieved of not being provided the information, the petitioner has preferred Appeal No.393 of 2024 as is indicated at page No.24 of the paper book. It is stated that the said appeal is still pending. 4. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the appellate authority to decide the appeal No.S- 04/A/0393/2024 with all expedition, preferably within a period two months from today, if pending.
