The petitioner is before this Court seeking for following reliefs: “i) Issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction & quash the proceedings of the 2nd respondent dt20/3/2017 produced at Annexure-L in the interest of justice and equity. ii) Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriated writ, or direction directing the 1st respondent State to continue Yeshasvini Co-operative Farmers Health Care Scheme through 3rd Respondent Yeshasvini Trust under the control of the Department of Co-Operative only in the interest of justice and equity. iii) Pass any other orders as this Hon'ble court deems fit in the interest of justice and equity. iv) Issue a writ in the nature of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction and quash the Government order bearing No HFW 41/CGE 2017 Bengaluru dt 7/6/2017 passed by the 2nd respondent state produced at Annexure-Q in the interest of justice and equity.” 2. The learned counsels for the respondents submit that the first respondent/State has continued the Yeshasvini Cooperative Farmers Healthcare Scheme - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:19664 WP No. 22153 of 2017 through the third respondent/Yeshasvini Trust, which would be under the control of the Department of Cooperative and further submits that insofar as the beneficiary is concerned the treatment is cashless, inasmuch as, the beneficiaries can avail treatments in the network hospitals and treatment amounts will be directly paid to the hospitals through Yeshasvini cards. The same answers the grievance of the petitioners. 3. Placing the said submission and Memo dated 09.06.2025 of the learned AGA on record, the petition stands disposed of.
