Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and learned counsel for the respondent. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging a notice dated 28.06.2025, whereby the petitioner was informed to remove the unauthorized construction himself, failing which proceedings shall be initiated for demolition. 3. The Standing Counsel, based upon instructions, stated that it was simply a notice and that thereafter the proceedings under Section 67 C.P.C. have been initiated, and the actual action of demolition shall take place only after the proceedings are concluded under Section 67 C.P.C. 4. In view of the said statements, the present petition is disposed of with the direction that no action of demolition shall take place till the conclusion of the proceedings under Section 67 C.P.C., which shall be decided in accordance with law.
