After hearing the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts that that there is general role assigned to the applicant and other co-accused persons and no specific role has been assigned to any one and examining the material available on record, the applicant seeks parity with the bail order of co-accused-Raja Ram who has already been granted bail by coordinate Bench of this Court and without entering into the merits of the case, I am of the view that the applicant has made out a fit case for grant of bail. Hence, the bail application is hereby allowed on the ground of parity.
