Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State-respondents. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 22.01.2025 passed by Up Ziladhikari, Tehsil Mohammdi, District Kheri, whereby the license granted to the petitioner was cancelled on the ground that the petitioner does not possess the requisite academic qualification. The contention of counsel for the petitioner is that said assertions are wrong and the petitioner does possess the requisite academic qualification, however, the same was not seen prior to passing of the said order dated 22.01.2025. 3. In view of the aforesaid, the order impugned dated 22.01.2025 is set aside, with directions to the authority concerned to pass fresh orders, taking into consideration the academic certificate as relied upon by the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the respondent no.4- Up Ziladhikari, Tehsil Mohammdi, District Kheri along with copy of the educational records and hand over the same to respondent no.4 on 28.07.2025. The respondent no.4- Up Ziladhikari, Tehsil Mohammdi, District Kheri shall thereafter pass a fresh order, in accordance with law, with all expedition, preferably within a period of three weeks thereafter. 4. With the aforesaid directions, the present petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
