Heard Sri Shikhar Raj Singh, the learned counsel for the applicants as well as Sri Shikhar Srivastava, the learned A.G.A. and perused the record. 2. By means of the instant Application u/S 483 Cr.P.C., the applicant has sought direction for expeditious disposal of Criminal Case No.67516 of 2022 arising out of FIR No.355 of 2021 under Sections 323, 504, 506 IPC at Police Station- Hazratganj, Lucknow. 3. The aforesaid case has been instituted on the basis of an FIR lodged by the applicant against the opposite party NO.2. The opposite party No.2 has also lodged an FIR against the application bearing Case Crime No.352 of 2021 under Section 406, 323, 504, 506 IPC at Police Station- Hazratganj, Lucknow. On an Application u/S 483 No.371 of 2025 filed by the opposite party No.2, this Court has issued direction for expeditious disposal of the aforesaid case on 08.05.2025. 4. In these circumstances, it would be expedient in the interest of justice that the trial of the case instituted on the basis of the complaint of the applicant also be conducted expeditiously. 5. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the learned trial court is directed to proceed with the Criminal Case No.67516 of 2022 arising out of FIR No.355 of 2021 under Sections 323, 504, 506 IPC at Police Station- Hazratganj, Lucknow expeditiously, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties. .
