GP FOR FINANCE PLANNING 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY WRIT PETITION NO: 16803 OF 2025 ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the Respondents in withholding the Part-II and Final payments of Rs.6,91,945/- in relation to the work executed by the Petitioner i.e., “1.Strengthening of infrastructure facilities at ZPHS at SM Nagar of Kakinada, East Godavari”, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Sri V.Ch.Naidu, learned Standing Counsel for Andhra Pradesh Education and Welfare Infrastructure Development Corporation, on instructions, submits that the work was executed by the Petitioner and that letter was addressed by the 2nd Respondent-Managing Director, APEWIDC, on 16.04.2026 vide Lr.No.A1/MD/APEWIDC/RMSA/Samagra Siksha/2025, to the 4th Respondent-State Project Director, Samgra Siksha, to release the amount of Rs.6,91,945/-, payable to the Petitioner and submits that the amount would be released to the Petitioner as and when the funds are released by the 4th Respondent. 3. 3. As there is no dispute with regard to the execution of work and amount claimed by the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with the following directions:- 4 (i) The Respondent-Authorities are directed to disburse the admitted amount due to the Petitioner within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
