Petition has been filed seeking the following prayer:- " Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to count the daily wages services as well work charge of the husband of petitioner rendered in the respondent department w.e.f. 01.01.1984 to 22.01.1991, pension purposes." 3. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before the opposite party no.6 i.e. Executive Engineer, Construction Division-2 Public Works Department, Lucknow who shall consider and decide the same within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 4.
