This is a petition by the petitioners, who claim to have contracted marriage out of their free will and volition, for seeking protection of their life and liberty. 2. This matter was considered by this Court for the first time on 2nd December, 2024, when this Court directed the learned counsel to produce the petitioners before the Court. Learned counsel Mr. Mukhtar Ahmad Makroo fairly submits that they have abandoned him and have not come forward to appear in the Court. 3. In view of the non-compliance of the order dated 2nd December, 2024 passed by this Court, and also the conduct exhibited by the petitioners, no interference of this Court is called for. 4.
