To issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding the opposite parties to take the petitioner institution into grant-in-aid list as the similarly recognized Institutions after the recognition of the petitioner Institution have been taken into grant-in-aid." 3. Without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with direction to decide the pending application of the petitioner for being taken in the list of grant-in-aid colleges. The said order shall be passed within a period of four months from today, in accordance with law.
