(3) Mr. Rahul Consul, learned Counsel appearing for the MDDA, submits that petitioner had submitted the compounding map online, together with application, pursuant to order passed by Commissioner, Garhwal Division in Appeal No. 4 of 2025-26, however, the Executive Engineer, in ignorance of the compounding application submitted by the petitioner, passed the sealing order. He assures that the sealing order will not be given effect to till the compounding application submitted by the petitioner is considered and decided. (4) Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of by taking the statement made by Mr. Rahul Consul on record.
