Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority for payment of full pension to petitioner alongwith other post retiral benefits in view of the fact that he has superannuated from service on 31.03.2025 as a Class-IV employee. 3. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before the opposite party no.3 i.e. Superintendent of Police, District Bahraich or any other competent authority who shall consider and decide the same within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. In case petitioner is found entitled for the claims which he raises in his representation, actual payment thereof shall be ensured within a period of six weeks thereafter. 4.
