Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Surendra Singh, learned counsel for the respondent. 2. Present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 28.04.2025 mainly on the ground that no opportunity of hearing was granted prior to passing of the revisional order. 3. Reliance is placed on a similar order passed in the case of a similarly situated persons whereby his revision was allowed. The revisional order itself records that no one appeared for hearing. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that no opportunity of hearing was given and no notice was ever served. 5. Without going into the merits of the said contention, order dated 28.04.2025 is quashed. 6. Matter is remanded to the revisional authority to decide the revision afresh after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 7. While doing so, the revisional authority shall take into consideration the judgment dated 09.06.2025 passed in Revision No.26 of 2024. 8. To avoid any further delay, the petitioner is directed to appear before the revisional authority on 25.07.2025 at 4 PM. 9. No further notice would be required to be given to the petitioner. 10. The revisional authority shall thereafter pass orders in accordance with law. 11. Present petition stands allowed in above terms.
