Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Rajesh Kumar, learned counsel for respondent nos.2 & 3. 2. Present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 21.05.2025 passed by respondent no.1 whereby the revision preferred by the petitioner was dismissed. 3. Neat contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that in similar circumstances while hearing Revision No.32 of 2024, the same was allowed whereas the revision preferred by the petitioner on similar facts has been dismissed. 4. Prima-facie, the contention appears to be correct. 5. In view thereof, order dated 21.05.2025 is set aside. 6. Matter is remanded to the revisional authority to pass a fresh order in accordance with law. 7. While doing so, the revisional authority shall be bound to consider the judgment passed Revision No.32 of 2024. 8. Present petition stands allowed in above terms.
