Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:21406-DB Court No. - 10 Case :- CRIMINAL MISC. WRIT PETITION No. - 5541 of 2024 Petitioner :- Syed Meesam Respondent :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home Lko And Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Dhirendra Kumar Awasthi,Mool Shankar Mishra Counsel for Respondent :- G.A.,Girish Chandra Sinha Hon'ble Vivek Chaudhary,J. Hon'ble Brij Raj Singh,J. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that it is the father of petitioner who has executed the sale deed and, hence, he cannot comply with the order dated 05.08.2024. The order dated 05.08.2024 was passed on the assurance given by learned counsel for the petitioner. It is apparently clear that in August, 2024 by making an incorrect statement before this Court, the petitioner obtained an interim order and thus misused the proceeding of this Court. Looking into the conduct of petitioner, this Court is not inclined to exercise its discretionary jurisdiction in the present petition. The writ petition is dismissed. (Brij Raj Singh,J.)
