Considering the nature of the order proposed to be passed, the issuance of notice to respondent nos.2 to 7 is dispensed with. The contention of the learned counsel for the applicant is that the complaint filed under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, bearing Criminal Miscellaneous Case No.111 of 2024 (Sudiksha Sahu Vs. Sumit Sahu and Others) is pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kunda, Pratapgarh, since March 2020 and no effective order is being passed therein and the same has not been disposed of till date, whereas the order sheet indicates that mostly the applicant or her counsel has not appeared to press the complaint, therefore, no direction can be issued for expeditious disposal. Even otherwise, it is well-settled that constitutional courts ought not to issue directions for time- bound disposal of complaints in a routine manner. Any request in this regard may appropriately be made before the concerned court, who has to consider the same in accordance with the law.
