Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:40238-DB Court No. - 2 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 6685 of 2025 Petitioner :- Mohammad Taha Khan Alias Taha Respondent :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home Deptt. Lko. And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Prashant Vikram Singh Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Rajan Roy,J. Hon'ble Om Prakash Shukla,J. Heard. By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has mainly sought quashing of the order/letter dated 03.04.2025 and 25.04.2025 issued by opposite party Nos. 4 and 2 respectively, which in fact are Police reports, on account of which the competent authority is not issuing the character-certificate to the petitioner on the basis of single Criminal Case No. 02/2016, registered under Sections 323, 504 and 506, I.P.C., P.S. Dhammaur, District Sultanpur. These issues have already been considered in a detailed judgment dated 28.05.2025 passed in a bunch of writ petitions, wherein leading writ petition is Writ C No.718 of 2025 (Anil Kumar vs. State of U.P. and 3 Others) and the case at hand is squarely covered by the said judgment. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 28.05.2025, meaning thereby the petitioner shall be entitled to the benefit of the observations/directions contained therein with a corresponding obligation upon the concerned opposite parties. The judgment will be complied qua the petitioner within three weeks from the date of submission of certified copy of this order. (Om Prakash Shukla,J.) (Rajan Roy,J.)
