This appeal has been filed by the appellants against the judgment dated 28.11.2001 passed by learned Single Judge of this court. 2. As per office report, there is a delay of 1143 days in filing the appeal. 3. We have gone through the application submitted by the appellants and find no justifiable reason for condoning the delay. 4. We have also considered the fact that the judgment was passed by the learned Single Judge in the year 2001 and liberty was granted to the appellants for verifying the degree of the original petitioner.
