This application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the petitioner, namely, 1. Dilun Sk has prayed for pre-arrest bail in connection with Dhubri P.S Case No. 225/2025 registered under Sections 74 of BNS, 2023, R/W Section 8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act,2012. 3. The allegation against the petitioner is commission of sexual assault upon a 6 year old girl. 4. Upon perusal of the case diary, there is sufficient incriminating material against the petitioner. 5. Considering the nature of allegations and material available in the case diary, this may not be a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail at this stage.
