By this review petition, the review petitioner, who is not a party in WPC No. 558/2025, seeks review of the order dated 29.01.2025 passed in the said writ petition on the ground that the respondent no. 5 herein (writ petitioner) preferred the writ petition and sought a direction towards the respondent revenue authorities to consider and decide his pending application for demarcation of the land bearing Khasra Nos. 255/2, 361/5, 378/3 and 481/2 situated at Bahatari Tehsil and District Bilaspur (C.G.). According to the review petitioner, the writ petitioner filed the writ petition by suppressing the materials facts and he has not approached this Court with clean hands. 2. By order dated 29.01.2025, this Court disposed of the writ petition bearing WPC No. 558/2025 giving direction to the Tehsildar Bilaspur to decide the application dated 11.01.2024 submitted by the writ petitioner and to take steps to demarcate the land in question with a period of two months. 3. Having considered the submission made by the review petitioner and in the interest of justice, the para 5 of the order dated 4 29.01.2025 is modified and the Tehsildar Bilaspur is directed to decide the dispute in respect of the land in question after hearing all the concerned stake holders including the review petitioner. 4. The parties are at liberty to make their respective submissions along with the relevant documents in support of their contention before the Tehsildar and thereafter the Tehsildar is directed to consider and decide all the issues in accordance with law and on its own merits and thereafter pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 5. With the aforesaid observation, the order dated 29.01.2025 passed in WPC No. 558/2025 is reviewed/modified. 6.
