Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri Gyanendra Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for respondent No.3 and Shri Rajiv Srivastava, learned counsel for respondent No.2. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following relief: " i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties particularly the opposite party No.3 to register Diploma of General Midwifery Nursing Court of the petitioners with U.P. Nurses and Midwives Council for practice of nursing in the State of Uttar Pradesh as applied by them through Application Reference No.23037304 and 23041430 respectively." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners relies upon a judgement of this Court in Writ-C No.4866 of 2023 (Km. Priyanaka Halwai Vs. State of U.P. and others). 4. Considering the fact that the applications of the petitioners are pending for consideration, the present petition is disposed of with direction upon respondent No.3 to take a decision on the pending applications of the petitioners. While doing so, the judgement in the case of Km. Priyanaka Halwai Vs. State of U.P. and others; Writ-C No.4866 of 2023 shall also be taken into account.
