2. Ms. Aishwarya Thapliyal, Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the charge- sheet, filed in Case Crime No.324 of 2024, registered at Police Station Ramnagar, District Nainital, has already been quashed.
Therefore, the present Anticipatory Bail Application has become infructuous.
