ORAL ORDER
1. As against the impugned order, which is passed by the Deputy Commissioner granting land under Section 77A of the Karnataka Land Reforms Act,

1961, there is a statutory appeal provided to the Karnataka Appellate Tribunal (KAT).
2. In that view of the matter, I decline to entertain this Writ Petition, but by reserving liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal to the KAT.
3. If an appeal to the KAT is preferred within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this
order and an interim prayer is sought for, the KAT shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks of filing such an appeal.
4. Office to return the certified copy of the impugned
order to the petitioner, after retaining a copy of the same in the Writ Petition.
