The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue a order or direction thereby directing the opposite party no.1 to decide the Suit No.1391 of 2024 (Ramteerath and another vs. Raghavram and others as earliest as possible, pending in the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division) Gonda, as well as temporary injunction application pending before the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division) Gonda, in regular suit no-1391/2024 in the interest of justice. 3. Considering the fact that the temporary injunction application is pending, the writ petition is disposed off directing the court concerned to decide the temporary injunction application pending in the aforesaid suit within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
