The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) Pass an order or direction thereby directing the Learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), District Unnao, Opp.party no.1, to proceed with and decide pending Civil Suit No.119 of 2017 parties-Arun Kumar and another vs. Smt. Sunita Devi and another expeditiously, preferably within a fixed time frame as may be deemed appropriate by this Hon'ble Court without granting any unnecessary adjournments;" 3. Considering the submissions made by the Counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal of the suit. In case, such an application is filed within two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law. It is made clear that no unnecessary adjournment shall be given to any of the parties.
