It has been pointed out that by order dated March 19, 2025, in 5th paragraph, the Civil Revision application being CO 853 of 2018 with connected application CAN 1 of 2018 (Old CAN 6410 of 2018) was ordered to be dismissed for default. 3. It has been pointed out by the office note that revisional application being CO 853 of 2018 was allowed by order dated July 23, 2018. 4. The petitioner filed an application being CAN 1 of 2018 (Old CAN 6410 of 2018) seeking recalling of the earlier order. The said application being CAN 1 of 2018 was the only thing that was pending on the date of order, i.e. on March 19, 2025. 5. In such circumstances, the words “Civil Revisional application being C.O. 853 of 2018 with connected application” appearing in 5th paragraph of the order dated March 19, 2025 be deleted since civil revisional application No. CO 853 of 2018 stood already disposed of on July 23, 2018. 6.
