By means of the instant application filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C./Section 528 BNSS, the applicant has prayed for quashing of impugned summoning order dated 21.05.2025 along with entire proceedings of Special Session Trial No.56 of 2025: State Vs. Amit Vikram @ Sonu, arising out of Case Crime No.62 of 2025, under Sections 65(1), 351(3) B.N.S. and Section 4(2) of POCSO Act, Police Station Kotwali Ayodhya, District Ayodhya/Faizabad, pending in the Court of Special Judge POCSO Act-I/Additional Session Judge Faizabad. 3. At the outset, the learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that some defects have crept in in the application, due to which he does not want to press the application and it may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file a fresh application. 4. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as not pressed leaving it open to the applicant to file a fresh application. Let the certified copy of the orders annexed with the application be returned to learned counsel for the applicant after retaining photocopy of the same on record. .
