Barabanki to decide the C-6 application under Order 39 Rule 1 for temporary injunction in Civil Suit No.1124 of 2022, bearing CNR No. UPBB060014632022, titled Mohd. Yasin vs. State Government and Others in view of the Hon'ble Allahabad High Court's letter dt.16.08.2017 bearing No. CL No. 24/Admn. G-II in the interest of justice. Copy of the C-6 application under Order 39 Rule 1 for temporary injunction in Civil Suit No. 1124 of 2022 is annexed herewith as Annexure No.1 to this petitioner." 3.
