The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kunda, Pratapgarh to decide the Case No. 203/2024 Suit For Cancellation of sale deed titled "Rajesh Singh versus Tamanna and Others", pending before him since 27/02/2024, as early as possible within a stipulated time, in the interest of justice, which is annexed as Annexure No.1 to this petition." 3. Considering the submissions made by the Counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal of the suit. In case, such an application is moved within two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law as well as the administrative guidelines/ circular of this Court.
